· Job Duties:
· -Cut and trim meat and poultry to required portions and quality standards
· -Prepare standard meat products and fulfill customer requests for specialty cuts
· -Set up and maintain the meat display case in an organized and efficient manner
· -Track inventory, loss, and product sell through cycle according to company and customer requirements
· -Comply with all federal inspection guidelines and internal food safety standards
· -Monitor equipment, refrigeration, freezer storage, and work spaces for safety and cleanliness
· -Supervise and assist in the training of meat cutters
· Skill Requirements:
· -Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
· -Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Butchery
· -Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in food preparation in a retail environment

· -Scheduling: Requires availability for early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays.

· Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 40 hours of work per week, 8 hours per day

· Wage: $24.26/hour
· Overtime Wage: $36.39/hour after 40 hours per week
· Vacation: 4% of gross salary
· Benefits: 20% in-store discount on purchases
