Tasks
· Organize tasks to accomplish the work
· Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers
· Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed
· Maintain work records and logs
· Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
· Ensure products and work methods maximize safety, productivity and comfort
· Provide pick up and delivery services on request
· Train staff
Transportation and travel
· A valid G driver's licence · Willing to stay overnight project
