Job Description
Language: English Education: College Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years On-site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities (Tasks): Organize tasks to accomplish the work; Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers; Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed; Maintain work records and logs; Hire and train staff; Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment; Ensure products and work methods maximize safety, productivity and comfort. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding; Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Personal suitability: Organized Team player
