Job details • Location: 2480 Strandherd Drive Nepean, ON, K2G 4S4 • Salary: 20.00 to 23.00 hourly (To be negotiated) / 30 to 44 hours per Week • Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time • Day, Morning • Start date Starts as soon as possible • Vacancies: 1 vacancy Overview Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Work setting: Retail service establishment Responsibilities Tasks • Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.) • Assign sales workers to duties • Order merchandise • Establish work schedules • Sell merchandise • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages • Organize and maintain inventory • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers • Manage cash • Supervise office and volunteer staff Supervision • 16-20 people • More than 20 people Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities • Tight deadlines • Attention to detail Personal suitability • Accurate • Client focus • Efficient interpersonal skills • Flexibility • Organized • Reliability • Team player • Dependability • Ability to multitask Who can apply to this job?
