Our firm is looking for two Retail Store Supervisors to join our team to serve our growing roster of clients. Title of the Position: Retail Store Supervisor Number of Positions Available: 2 Job Duties: • Supervise and lead a team of sales associates, ensuring smooth operations during shifts, delegating tasks, and providing guidance and support • Execute sales strategies and promotional activities to meet sales targets, including planning displays and product placements • Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and coordinate replenishments to ensure adequate product availability • Assign sales workers to specific duties, such as operating cash registers, stocking shelves, or assisting customers and prepare their work schedules • Hire and train new sales staff, conducting regular performance evaluations, and organizing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques • Resolve conflicts, customer complaints, and operational issues efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience • Enforce safety protocols, maintain cleanliness standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the retail environment • Handle administrative duties such as cash management, preparing sales reports, monitoring expenses, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 30-40 hours of work per week Seasonal Position: No Language of Work: English Wage: $21.00 hourly Vacation: 4% Location of Work: 915 Watters Road, Orleans, ON K4A 3K5 Contact Information: Please apply with a cover letter and resume to hiringatquickie@gmail.com Skill Requirements: • Completion of secondary school is required • 7 to 12 months of retail sales or related work experience is required
