Cintia's Commercial Cleaning is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Media Specialist & Commercial Photographer to lead the creation of professional photographic and digital media content that promotes the company's commercial cleaning services, projects, employees, facilities, and brand. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing commercial photography sessions, producing and editing high-quality visual content, developing digital media for marketing and promotional purposes, and maintaining the company's online visual presence. The position combines professional commercial photography with digital marketing responsibilities. Main Duties and Responsibilities -Plan, coordinate, and execute professional commercial photography sessions for the company's cleaning services, completed projects, facilities, equipment, employees, and promotional activities. -Photograph commercial properties, offices, buildings, facilities, work sites, cleaning projects, and before-and-after results for advertising and promotional purposes. -Develop photographic concepts and visual compositions that effectively showcase the company's services, quality of work, and brand. -Determine appropriate lighting, camera settings, lenses, equipment, locations, backgrounds, and compositions for different commercial photography assignments. -Operate professional digital cameras, lighting equipment, lenses, tripods, and other photographic equipment. -Coordinate photography schedules with cleaning crews, management, clients, and other personnel to ensure appropriate access to locations and subjects. -Capture high-quality photographs and visual content for use in the company's website, social media platforms, advertisements, brochures, promotional materials, presentations, and other marketing channels. -Edit, retouch, colour-correct, crop, resize, and optimize photographs using professional photo-editing and digital imaging software. -Organize, catalogue, maintain, and archive the company's digital photographic library and visual media assets. -Select and prepare photographs for specific advertising, marketing, and promotional campaigns. Qualifications and Experience -Post-secondary education in photography, digital media, visual communications, marketing, advertising, or a related field. -Several years of professional experience in commercial photography, digital media, visual communications, or a related field. -Demonstrated professional experience in commercial or corporate photography. -Strong knowledge of professional digital photography techniques, lighting, composition, exposure, and image production. -Experience operating professional digital cameras, lenses, lighting systems, and photographic equipment. -Proficiency with professional photo-editing and digital imaging software. -Experience creating photographic and visual content for websites, social media, advertising, and promotional materials. -Experience managing and organizing digital photographic archives and media libraries. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will play a central role in creating the visual identity of Cintia's Commercial Cleaning, with a particular focus on producing professional photographic content that demonstrates the company's services, completed work, facilities, and brand to existing and prospective clients.
