Position Overview As a Commercial Roofer Foreman at Thorpe Industries Ltd., you will work with and lead crews in a Foreman role - to install, repair, and maintain a variety of commercial roofing systems. You will work on organized job sites delivering high-quality installations, maintenance, and technical repairs across commercial projects. Responsibilities • Install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems (SBS, BUR, TPO, EPDM, PVC). • Perform leak investigations and execute effective repairs where required. • Work as part of a team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards. • Follow all company and provincial safety protocols, including FLRAs (Field Level Risk Assessments). • Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project success. • Accurately report labor, materials usage, and site hazards. • Maintain productivity and quality to meet project schedules and client expectations.
