About this role
Kinton Ramen Oxford Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and support the overall performance of the business.
Responsibilities
· Analyze budgets to boost and maintain restaurant profits
· Develop budgets for food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
· Evaluate daily operations
· Monitor revenues and labour costs
· Monitor staff performance
· Plan and organize daily operations
· Recruit, supervise and train staff
· Set staff work schedules
· Conduct performance reviews
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
· Lead and instruct staff
· Address customer complaints or concerns
· Provide customer service
Supervision
· 11–15 employees · Staff in various areas of responsibility
Education
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a 1–2 year program, or equivalent experience
Experience
· 2 years to less than 3 years
· Required certifications:
