Kwality Pest Control Ltd. is looking for a full-time Pest Control Technician Title: Pest Control Technician NOC: 73202 Location: 6-9955 140 Street Surrey BC V3T 4M4 Salary: $26.00 per hour Terms of Employment: Full Time/Permanent at various job locations in Lower Mainland Positions Available: 1 Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties • Conduct routine inspections of buildings, properties, and surrounding areas to identify evidence of pest or animal activity. • Assess the nature and extent of infestations, recommend appropriate treatment methods, and provide clients with cost estimates. • Mix and apply pest-control chemicals to affected areas using mechanical or electric spraying equipment. • Carry out fumigation services in residential properties to control and eliminate pest infestations. • Set and monitor traps to safely capture and remove nuisance animals, including skunks and raccoons. • Install exclusion and animal-control devices, such as netting, needle strips, and other barriers, to prevent animals from accessing properties. • Remove debris, waste, and materials from areas where pests may breed or hide using appropriate cleaning tools and equipment. • Educate clients on practical measures and preventive practices to minimize the risk of future pest infestations. Job Requirement • Completion of course in pest control or 7 months to 1 year of experience • Completion of high school is required.
