Overview
· 1381611 ALBERTA LTD. o/a New York Fries is looking to hire 1 Permanent and Full-time Food Service Supervisor for its location at Medicine Hat, AB.
· No. Of Hours: 30-40 hours per week
· Start Date: As soon as possible
· Language: English
· Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
· Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
Tasks
· -Establish methods to meet work schedules
· -Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
· -Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
· -Hire food service staff
· -Ensure food service and quality control
· -Address customers' complaints or concerns
· -Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
· -Prepare food order summaries for chef
· -Supervise and check assembly of trays
· -Establish work schedules
Supervision
· -Food service counter attendants and food preparers
· -Kitchen and food service helpers
· -Staff in various areas of responsibility
