Financial Sales and Service Officer- Trailer Zone Sales and Leasing INC Job Details Location: 3111 15 AVENUE NW Edmonton, AB T6T 0V2 Work location: On site Salary: 62,000 to 67,000 annually (To be negotiated) / 32.00 to 34.00 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Start date: Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 vacancy Languages: English Education: College/CEGEP Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Job duties: • Approve or reject applications, or recommend applications for approval or rejection • Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals • Complete credit and loan documentation • Prepare statements on delinquent accounts • Promote sale of credit and loan services • Research and evaluate loan applicant's financial status, references, credit and ability to repay loan • Review and update credit and loan files • Submit credit and loan applications to management • Network to develop business relations, promote the sale of loan, investment and other banking services and attract corporate and individual customers • Assess customers’ financing needs for truck and trailer purchases. • Explain available loan, lease, and financing options. • Calculate loan payments, interest rates, and repayment terms. • Coordinate with banks and financing institutions regarding approvals. • Follow up on pending applications and outstanding documents. • Assist customers in meeting lender approval requirements. • Coordinate financing approvals with the truck and trailer sales team.
