About this role

Job Responsibilities : • Strategic Leadership & Governance: Develop and implement high-level operational policies and business strategies that support the holding company's long-term vision and ensure alignment across all subsidiary project companies. • Multi-Entity Operational Oversight: Oversee the day-to-day business operations of the holding company and provide strategic leadership to departmental teams across various real estate development projects. • Project Life-Cycle Management: Independently manage the end-to-end setup of new project offices, including site selection, lease negotiations, and supervision of office design and construction plans. • Performance & Financial Evaluation: Establish and monitor company-wide performance objectives (OKRs) and evaluate operational and financial performance by analyzing key metrics and investment returns. • IP & Brand Management: Oversee the company’s brand identity and positioning, ensuring strict compliance with Intellectual Property (IP) regulations and maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels. • Digital Marketing & GTM Execution: Lead Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new developments, managing digital branding, social media content, and multi-channel customer acquisition to drive sales. • Stakeholder & Partnership Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with external partners, vendors, media, and industry influencers to enhance the company’s market penetration and operational effectiveness. • Organizational Development: Advise on internal organizational structures, conduct management training (such as OKR workshops), and organize team-building activities to foster a high-performance corporate culture. • Executive Coordination: Manage complex administrative workflows, including legal contract reviews, high-level meeting preparations, and strategic reporting to the board or shareholders. Job Requirements: • Executive Leadership: Must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience leading core business departments, with a proven track record in high-level cross-departmental and cross-company coordination. • Marketing & IP Management: At least 10 years of experience in marketing and operations management, including direct experience building and managing large-scale, world-class intellectual properties (IP). • Media & Digital Strategy: Extensive hands-on experience managing partnerships with major digital media platforms (such as Tencent, ByteDance, and Weibo). Must be capable of overseeing complex brand positioning, ensuring strict IP compliance, and executing multi-channel customer acquisition strategies. • North American Market Entry: Thorough understanding of the North American (specifically Canadian) business environment, with demonstrated experience executing Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies from the ground up. • Operational Infrastructure: Proven ability to independently manage internal team building, oversee office site selection and renovation/construction supervision, and establish comprehensive administrative frameworks. • Mobility: Must be able to accommodate a flexible business travel schedule to supervise regional project progress and site developments.
