We, Paris Baguette - Beacon Hill in Calgary are looking for Café Manager to join our team Position: Café Manager, Full time, Permanent Location: 11846 Sarcee Trail NW, H111 Calgary, AB T3R 0A1 Wage Rate and working hours: $39~$41 per hour and 30 Hours per week Duties - Plan and organize daily operations - Plan and control budget and inventory - Develop and analyze budget to determine cost of ingredients and supplies and maintain the restaurant’s profits - Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget - Monitor revenues to determine labour cost - Monitor staff performance and Recruit staff - Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures - Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies - Address and resolve customers' complaints or concerns - Manage events Qualifications: - 3 years of work experience in food service sector with some supervisory experience - Able to communicate in English - Available to work in evening and weekends - Completion of secondary graduation or higher If you meet the requirement and would like to apply for the position, please send your resume by e-mail parisbaguettebeaconhill@gmail.com
