Job Duties: 1. Organize and maintain inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies, and ensuring barbering products and equipment are always available. 2. Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth workflow and efficient scheduling. 3. Hire and supervise employees by recruiting qualified staff, evaluating performance, and fostering a productive work environment. 4. Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain service quality, workplace safety, and compliance with industry standards. 5. Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff to ensure consistent customer service. 6. Address customer complaints and concerns by resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty. 7. Cut and trim hair according to clients’ instructions or preferences while providing professional styling recommendations and quality grooming services. 8. Shave and trim beards and mustaches according to client preferences while maintaining high standards of grooming and precision. Job Requirements: Completion of secondary school is required. 2 to 3 years of experience in the related service industry is required. Be available to start as soon as possible and commit to regular weekly hours.
