At Oxygen8, we make #freshairthatfits. About the Role The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing production activities across assigned areas of the manufacturing operation. This role ensures production plans are executed efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and performance. The Manufacturing Supervisor provides leadership to team leads and production employees, coordinates resources, and works cross-functionally to resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Production Planning and Oversight Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily and weekly production activities to meet operational targets Monitor production progress, update production status records, and adjust priorities as required Ensure production plans are executed in alignment with quality and delivery requirements Team Supervision and Development Supervise, support, and provide direction to team leads and production employees Provide feedback, coaching, and performance input to support employee development Participate in training, onboarding, and performance evaluation activities Supervise a team of 5-10 team members Quality, Safety, and Process Control Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications throughout the production process Promote compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Support development, implementation, and maintenance of standard operating procedures Track key performance indicators and support continuous improvement initiatives Materials and Cross-Functional Coordination Ensure adequate availability of materials, components, tools, and resources to support production Coordinate with warehouse, supply chain, quality, and engineering teams to resolve operational issues Escalate unresolved issues to management to ensure timely corrective action Experience and Skills 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including supervisory responsibilities Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate teams in a production setting Testing and Troubleshooting Dedicated Outside Air Systems Operating High Voltage HVAC Equipment Test Benches Proficient in Manufacturing and testing software including ERP (Epicor), Web Based Work Instructions (Dozuki) and DOAS Testing Software Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and safety practices Effective communication, organizational, and problem solving skills Working with Oxygen8 At Oxygen8, we strongly believe in building a team that works well together, and we are committed to creating an environment that is inclusive and provides the space for individuals to learn and grow.
