Job Description
Install, configure, test, and maintain computer systems, hardware, software, and network components • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to operating systems, applications, and connectivity • Provide technical support and user assistance to internal staff • Perform system upgrades, backups, and preventative maintenance • Maintain IT documentation and inventory records • Assist in implementing data security protocols and ensuring system integrity Additional Duties – Embroidery Technical Production (NOC 72999) In support of operational needs, the employee will also: • Operate and program commercial embroidery machinery • Prepare and modify digital embroidery design files • Adjust machine settings based on material type and design requirements • Inspect and verify product quality and design accuracy • Conduct routine maintenance and minor mechanical adjustments to embroidery equipment • Coordinate production timelines to meet client specifications, meet repair deadlines
