Company Operating Name: Canada Royal Milk ULC Business Address: 1680 Venture Dr, Kingston, ON K7P 0E9 Title of the Position: Inventory Coordinator Number of Positions Available: 1 Job Duties: • Maintain and update ERP records for materials, supplies, and finished goods to ensure accurate inventory data. • Compile and reconcile inventory reports and physical counts to identify and correct discrepancies. • Prepare and process requisition and purchase orders in accordance with company procedures and approvals. • Review requisitions, invoices, and work orders for accuracy and completeness before processing. • Enter and track data related to purchasing, shipping, receiving, and stock movements in the ERP system. • Communicate with Production and Quality departments to verify inventory information and resolve minor data discrepancies. • Update inventory documentation and forms as well as SOP document under supervisor direction. • Monitor stock levels and notify supervisor when replenishment is required or when variances are detected. • Record and file documentation related to shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions for audit and compliance purposes. • Maintain required records to support food-safety (HACCP/SQF) and internal quality standards. • Report any warehouse or equipment issues to the supervisor for corrective action Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 40 hours of work per week Seasonal Position: no Language of Work: English Wage: $23.75 per hour Vacation: 2 Weeks Benefits: Yes Contact Information: Apply with a cover letter and resume to careers@canadaroyalmilk.com Skill Requirements (includes education and work experience): • Completion of Secondary School is required. • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation and/or Operations preferred • 1 year of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment preferred • Work in compliance with the provisions of the OHSA, regulations, internal programs, policies and procedures. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities • Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to supervise, motivate, and mentor workers • Excellent planning and organization skills with a track record of achieving results • Working knowledge of inventory control practices and procedures, including forms associated with inventory control, product lines and their dimensions • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills • Commitment to health and safety in the workplace • Certification(s) in applicable material handling equipment is considered an asset • Valid forklift certification an asset • Comfortable with rotating shift work, including evenings and weekends • Ability to work long hours on one’s feet and perform physically demanding tasks • Ability to frequently lift up to 22.6 kg (50 lbs) at a time • Comfortable and competent working in a team environment, as well as independently • Familiarity with food safety programs, HACCP and GMP an asset
