Job Description
Surrey, BC V4N 4X8 Work location: On site Salary: 36.75 hourly / 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment Full time Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day Starts as soon as possible 2 vacancies Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 2 years to less than 3 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work site environment Dusty Work setting Construction Maintenance Repair Commercial Installation Residential Responsibilities Tasks Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements Select type of insulation required Measure and cut insulating materials to required shape and dimensions using hand and power tools Apply and secure insulation using spraying, blowing, pasting, strapping, taping and other application and installation methods Fit insulation around obstructions and between joists and studs Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials Supervise other workers Brush waterproofing cement or other material over insulating materials Fabricate and apply removable insulation pads and covers Assemble, erect and dismantle scaffolding, rigging and hoisting equipment Who can apply for this job?
