Job Description Job Title: Restaurant Manager Salary: $35.50/ hour for 30 to 35 Hours / Week Vacancies : 2 Employer : 2088298 Alberta Ltd o/a Manohar Vegetarian Bakery Location: : 55 Castleridge Blvd NE Calgary, AB T3J 3J8 Terms of Employment Permanent, Full time Start date: As soon as possible Employment groups: Youth, Indigenous people, Newcomers to Canada Overview Languages English Education Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience 1 year to less than 2 years On site Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies Evaluate daily operations Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget Monitor revenues to determine labour cost Monitor staff performance Plan and organize daily operations Train staff Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Ensure health and safety regulations are followed Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities Supervision 5-10 people Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Fast-paced environment Work under pressure Personal suitability Excellent oral communication Flexibility Reliability How to apply By email kamalchahil013@gmail.com
