With a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and technical excellence, we are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Technician to join our growing team. Position Summary: As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of industrial floor scrubber machines and other commercial cleaning equipment. This role includes both in-shop and on-site service work, providing support to our valued clients across the region. Key Responsibilities: - Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on floor scrubber machines and related equipment - Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal machine performance - Complete work orders, service reports, and documentation accurately and promptly - Provide on-site support and repairs at customer locations as needed - Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including company vehicle if applicable - Educate customers on proper machine use and maintenance practices - Assist with equipment setup, testing, and quality control before customer delivery Qualifications: - High school diploma; technical or vocational training is a plus - 2+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or repair (experience with floor scrubbers or industrial equipment preferred) - Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems - Ability to read schematics, service manuals, and technical documents - Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record - Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work in a physically active environment - Strong communication and customer service skills
