Language of work:                     English Work Location: Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee. Requirements: Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required. Experience: No previous experience required. On-the-job training will be provided. Ability to handle the physical demands of the work (handling Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)) Ability to learn & complete on job training. Ability to work safely and effectively on steep roofs. Additional Requirements Valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required. Reliable transportation to the primary reporting location is required. Transportation between assigned work locations will be arranged or provided by the employer. Job Duties Assist installers by preparing work sites, setting up ladders, and arranging equipment. Measure areas for installation  Assist with preparing and adjusting mounting surfaces under the direction and supervision of experienced installers Carry solar panels, racking, tools, and other materials to and from the work area Hold or position materials during installation to support the technicians. Mix and handle sealants, fasteners, and other supplies used in solar panel mounting. Safely use hand tools and simple equipment under the direction of senior staff. Prepare, clean and organize work sites by removing debris and disposing of packaging. Help maintain safety on site by following instructions and wearing protective gear. Perform general labour tasks as needed to ensure the crew can work efficiently.
