· Job Duties:
· -Efficiently cut, trim, and process various types of meat, following specific standards and recipes.
· -Perform regular checks to ensure all meat products meet our quality and freshness criteria.
· -Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines in all meat handling and processing activities.
· -Package meat products effectively, ensuring they are ready for sale and attractively presented.
· -Assist in inventory control, including monitoring stock levels, and aiding in the ordering and restocking.
· -Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of meat processing equipment and work areas.
· -Collaborate with the meat department team and other store departments to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
· -Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with meat selection, offering cooking tips, and responding to inquiries about quality and sourcing.
· Skill Requirements:
· -Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
· -Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in meat cutting
· -Minimum 1 year of experience in food preparation in a retail environment

· -Lifting: Must frequently lift heavy items, up to 50 pounds.

· -Cold Environment: Ability to work in cooler temperatures.

· -Repetitive Tasks: Comfort with performing repetitive actions for extended periods.
· Terms of Employment: This is a permanent and full-time position, 40 hours of work per week
