Experience
• Minimum 2 year of experience is required., Responsibilities and Duties:, • Lead and coordinate the daily operations of the dealership’s vehicle sales department to achieve sales targets and operational goals., • Supervise sales representatives and support staff, assign work responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide ongoing guidance., • Analyze customer purchasing patterns, local market conditions, and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities and support business growth., • Establish vehicle pricing, financing options, and promotional offers to maximize sales and profitability., • Develop and implement advertising, digital marketing, social media, and customer outreach initiatives to increase dealership visibility and sales., • Prepare sales forecasts, oversee departmental budgets, authorize expenditures, and monitor revenue performance., • Resolve customer concerns, enhance service standards, and ensure a positive vehicle purchasing experience for clients., • Recruit, train, mentor, and retain qualified sales staff while supporting workforce planning and employee development.
Education
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
