Kawakubo Sushi is looking for qualified cook and the detail is as follows. Restaurant Name: Kawakubo Sushi Sake Organic Position: Cook, Full time, Permanent Work Location: 3315 30th Ave, Vernon, BC V1T 2C9 Responsibilities - Prepare and cook Japanese food dishes on the menu - Maintain all health codes and food safety regulations - Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment - Oversee kitchen operations - Clean work area Requirement: - Completion of High School - Min 1 year of commercial cook experience - Able to work in evening and Weekends - Able to communicate in English Compensation and working hours: - $20 hourly and 30~40 hours weekly If you would like to apply for this position, please send your resume to kawakubosushi@yahoo.com
