• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Farmer is required., Responsibilities and Duties:, • Supervise farm workers and equipment operators in daily activities., • Assign tasks such as planting, watering, harvesting, and crop maintenance., • Monitor general farm operations., • Train new employees on farm procedures and safety practices., • Prepare work schedules and coordinate daily duties., • Ensure crops and produce meet company quality standards., • Maintain records of production, supplies, and worker activities., • Supervise and maintain farm tools, machinery, and equipment., • Order farm materials and supplies when required., • Ensure workplace safety and cleanliness standards are followed.
Education
• Completion of Secondary School is required.
