About this role
· MLP Painting & Construction Ltd. is looking for a hardworking and reliable Painter Helper to join our team. We are seeking motivated individuals who are ready to work in a fast-paced environment and assist with painting projects at various job sites.

· Wage Rate: 26.00 hourly
· Education: No degree, certificate or diploma
· Experience: 1 to less than 7 months
· On the road: Work locations may vary. Frequent or constant travel is required from the employee
Tasks
· – Load, unload and transport construction materials
· – Perform pre-operational inspection
· – Read blueprints to determine work requirements
· – Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades
· – Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
· – Help medical examiner in charge
· – Clean and pile salvaged materials
· – Perform routine maintenance work
· – Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
· – Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
· – Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
· The work site environment includes outdoors, at heights, underground, noisy, and dusty conditions, with work performed at various locations. Applicants must be willing to travel and able to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment involving repetitive tasks and weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Candidates must have their own steel-toed safety boots and should demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and strong teamwork skills.
