Experience: • Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience is required. Responsibilities and Duties: • Plan, organize, direct and evaluate the overall security operations of the company, including deployment of security guards, scheduling, client service standards and operational procedures. • Manage and provide directions to staff involved in security operations, recruitment, training, dispatch, records management and administrative support services. • Develop, implement and monitor company policies, security protocols, health and safety procedures and regulatory compliance standards to ensure effective service delivery. • Plan and control operational budgets, including expenditures related to staffing, uniforms, equipment, vehicles, security systems and other operational supplies. • Prepare operational reports, performance evaluations and management briefs related to security services, client contracts and business operations • Interview, hire, train and evaluate security personnel and supervisory staff, and coordinate ongoing staff development and performance management activities.
