· Deliver messages, reports, requisitions and specimens between departments
· Bathe, dress and groom patients
· Transport patients in a wheelchair or stretcher
· Prepare patients for surgery by washing, shaving and sterilizing the operative areas
· Administer first aid in emergency situations
