Job Description
Prepare and cook complete, authentic meals or individual dishes based on traditional recipes and techniques. Plan menus, estimate food requirements, and order kitchen supplies/specialized ingredients. Inspect raw and cooked food items to ensure high-quality standards and authentic flavor profiles. Organize and prepare food for buffets and banquets. Supervise, train, and coordinate kitchen helpers and staff. Ability to handle and prepare specific spices, ingredients, and tools. Minimum experience: 5 years or more.
