Job details • Location: 81 Madawaska St Arnprior, ON, K7S 1S1 • Work location on site • Salary: 60,000 annually / 30 hours per week • Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time • Evening, Morning, Day • Starts as soon as possible • Vacancies: 1 vacancy Overview Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks • Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits • Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies • Evaluate daily operations • Monitor revenues to determine labour cost • Monitor staff performance • Plan and organize daily operations • Recruit staff • Set staff work schedules • Supervise staff • Train staff • Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms • Organize and maintain inventory • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities • Address customers' complaints or concerns • Provide customer service Supervision: 3-4 people Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities • Repetitive tasks • Attention to detail Personal suitability • Client focus • Dependability • Flexibility • Organized • Reliability • Team player Who can apply for this job?
