Overview: We are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Physiotherapy Attendant/Aide to support daily clinical operations in a busy physiotherapy clinic. The successful candidate will assist with treatment area preparation, patient support, exercise assistance under supervision, clinic maintenance, inventory support, and basic administrative duties. Languages: English required Tagalog not mandatory, but higly desired as most of the elderly clientele have limited English skills and serving a Filipino community. Education: High - school Diploma Experience: 6 months to 1 year of related experience Work setting: Physiotherapy clinic Tasks: Prepare and set up treatment areas and rehabilitation equipment as directed by the Physiotherapist Clean and disinfect equipment such as shockwave machines, traction units, hot/cold packs, and laser machines Ensure treatment rooms are safe, organized, and ready for patient use Assist patients with positioning and transfers Support patients in the use of mobility aids Ensure patient comfort and safety during clinic visits Assist patients in performing prescribed exercises and range-of-motion activities under the supervision of the Physiotherapist Observe patients during activities and report any concerns to the supervising therapist Clean and maintain treatment areas according to clinic protocols Change linens and maintain a hygienic environment Follow infection prevention and safety procedures Monitor stock levels of clinical supplies Restock and organize inventory as needed Report low supplies to management Schedule appointments and assist with patient flow Perform basic clerical duties, including filing and preparing documents Assist in activities for the rehabilitation of patients as directed by health care professionals Other routine office functions. Skills and qualifications: Knowledge of physiotherapy modalities, including shockwave, laser, and mechanical traction.
