Job Position: Food Service Supervisor Number of Job Openings: 1 Language at Work: English Job Description: • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare, portion and serve food • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures and hire food service staff • Estimate and order ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation • Maintain records of stock, sales, and repairs • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards • Resolve customer complaints and inquiries • Establish work schedules Job Requirement: - Completion of secondary school required. - Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in food service industry required.
