Childcare live-in caregiver (Private Home) On-site (no remote work) Job Type: Full-time / Permanent Accommodation: Staff accommodation provided Language Requirements • Required: English • Asset Language: Igbo Education • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience • 1 to less than 7 months of related experience Wages & Hours • 22.00 hourly • 30 to 40 hours per week Responsibilities • Supervise and care for children in the employer’s home • Bathe, dress, and feed infants and children • Change diapers and assist with toilet training • Prepare and serve nutritious meals and snacks • Help children with homework and school activities • Instruct children in personal hygiene and social development • Organize activities such as games and outings • Maintain a safe, healthy, and positive environment in the home • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties • Shop for food and household supplies • Wash, iron, and press clothing and household linens • Keep daily records of activities and health information • Prepare infants and children for rest periods • Tend to the emotional well-being of children. Credentials / Certifications • CPR Certificate • First Aid Certificate Experience and Specialization • Target Group: Children • Experience with Special Needs: Autistic children, Security & Safety • Criminal record check required • References required Other Requirements • Flexible and reliable • Organized and self-motivated • Strong time management skills • Patient, honest, and caring • Shows initiative and attention to detail
