O/A UPS Store 78 Location: 437 Martin Street, Penticton, BC, V2A 9G4 Workplace information: On site (work must be completed at the physical location; no remote work option) Salary: $23.00 per hour Hours: 35 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time Start Date: As soon as possible Vacancies: 1 Job Overview: Language Requirement: • English Education: • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent relevant experience. Experience: • Experience in a similar field is an asset. Responsibilities and Duties: • Oversee and guide sales associates and cashiers in daily operations. • Approve transactions, refunds, and packages returns. • Compile reports on sales performance and staffing. • Recruit, train, and support team members. • Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback. • Ensure cleanliness, organization, displays, and signage standards. • Open/close store, receive deliveries, handle complaints support promotions.
