JOB LOCATION: Roberts Creek, BC
Tasks
· • Load and unload goods
· • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
· • Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment
· • Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle
· • Perform preventive maintenance
· • Receive and relay information to central dispatch
· • Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption
· • Terms of employment Permanent employment Full time
· • Day, Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Weekend
· • Starts as soon as possible
· • 3 Positions Vacancies
· Languages – English
· Experience – Will train
· Education - No degree, certificate or diploma
· Experience - 1 year to less than 2 years
· On site - Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
Certificates and licences
· • AZ class license
· • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
· • Driver's License (Class 3 or D)
· • Valid driver's licence
