Job Description – Office Administrative
• Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
• Oversee the office's day-to-day operation, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain and organize office files, records, and documents.
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Act as a point of contact between the office and external parties, including clients, vendors, and visitors.
• Manage incoming and outgoing communications, such as emails, phone calls, and mail.
• Procure and manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and readily available to staff.
• Oversee office facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and safety protocols.
• Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, etc.
• Plan and organize daily operations
Job Requirements:
• Good Interpersonal Skills
• Make decisions based on company policy, good judgment, and organization
• Follow instructions without close supervision
• Basic Computer Skills like MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
• Requires basic accounting skills.

• Work under pressure

• Combination of sitting, standing, walking
• Standing for extended periods
• Sometimes overtime required
