You will be performing some or all of the following job duties: - Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations - Conduct performance reviews of cost for products and services - Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance - Participate in marketing plans, implementation, evaluation and improvement - Develop online delivery platforms, including coupons and interactive social media updates - Balance cash and complete balance sheets cash reports and related forms - Organize and maintain inventory - Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices - Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies - Develop, implement and analyze budgets - Address customers’ complaints or concerns - Recruit, train, and oversee staff - Ensure health and safety regulations are followed You must be able to direct more than 20 people.
