Choi Resident looking for a full time Child Caregiver - Private Home (NOC 44100) Location: Coquitlam, BC Salary:$20 hourly, 30 to 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Start date: As soon as possible Requirements Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate/equivalent experience is required; College diploma would be an asset. Experience: Previous child caregiving experience is required. Skills and Abilities: First Aid, CPR; Caregiver training or certification; Valid driver's license; Organized; Patience; Reliability. Work setting: Employer's home; There is no option to work remotely; Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, overnight hours and holidays if needed. Responsibilities -Change diapers; -Follow parents’ lead with toilet training; -Sterilize bottles and prepare formulas; -Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents; -Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties; -Bathe, dress and feed infants and children; -Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents; -Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children; -Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home; -Organize activities such as games and outings for children; -Prepare and serve nutritious meals; -Prepare infants and children for rest periods; -Supervise and care for children; -Take children to and from school and to appointments; -Tend to emotional well-being of children; How to apply By email ljkca666@outlook.com Include: CV; Cover letter.
