LINDOME STRUCTURES ARE LOOKING FOR A FULL-TIME TEMPORARY SHEET METAL WORKER Title: Sheet Metal Worker NOC: 72102 Salary: $35.00 per hour Terms of Employment: Full Time/Temporary Positions Available: 1 Start Date: As soon as possible Job Duties: • Read blueprints, drawings, measure, and mark sheet metal per drawings • Create sheet metal patterns using a computer-aided design and drafting (CAD) software package • Operate metalworking machines, including punching, drilling, shaping, straightening, and computerized laser or plasma-cutting equipment, to cut and fabricate sheet metal • Prepare the work area for rigging and lifting • Use riveting, welding, soldering, and similar equipment to assemble and join sheet metal components • Install sheet metal products as per the manufacturer's specifications and local building codes • Grind and buff seams, joints, and rough surfaces • Inspect the quality of the product and its installation to ensure compliance with specification Job Requirement: • Education: Completion of secondary school • Experience: 2-3 years of experience is required Job Location: 7811 Vantage Way, Delta, British Columbia V4G 1A6 Interested candidates please contact by email: jobs@lindomestructures.com
