Job Description
First Nails is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Nail Salon Manager to join our team at 105 Southbank Blvd, Suite 361, Okotoks, AB. This is a permanent, full-time position offering a wage of $36.50 hourly for 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be expected to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and various shifts as required. We are looking for an individual who can start as soon as possible to oversee our beauty and spa operations. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating the daily operations of the salon. Your duties will include establishing and implementing operational policies and procedures for our staff, as well as managing the salon's budget and inventory. You will be tasked with managing contracts for advertising and marketing strategies to grow the business. Additionally, you will be responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of a team ranging from 5 to 15 employees. A primary focus of this position is maintaining high levels of client satisfaction by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate must possess a secondary school graduation certificate and have between 2 and 3 years of management experience specifically within a beauty shop, spa, or aesthetic service setting. We require a manager who demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills in English and exhibits strong professional judgement. You must be highly organized, reliable, and a flexible team player with a sharp attention to detail and a consistent focus on client needs.
