Tasks
· Prepare production and other reports
· Supervise workers and projects
· Co-ordinate and schedule activities
· Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
· Estimate costs and materials
· Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units
· Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
· Order and maintain inventory of parts and supplies
· Train to maintain high levels of technical proficiency
· Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
· Supervise maintenance and repair services
