Job Position: Hotel maintenance technician Number of Job Openings: 1 Language at Work: English Job Description: • Oversee the surveying of buildings and equipment to ensure they maintain proper health and safety standards • Conduct repairs on the company or building’s equipment such as heating and cooling systems, plumbing systems, or electrical systems • Perform general aesthetic upkeep which can include painting, basic carpentry, or landscaping • Handle pest control issues by spraying insecticide or calling and coordinating with the appropriate professionals • Ensure alarm systems are functioning properly and responding when there are issues • Maintain and carry out a calendar of monthly and annual equipment checkups or repairs • Help with development budgets for the upkeep of equipment and property structures Job Requirement: - Completion of secondary school required. - Min. 1-2 years of relevant experience in building maintenance required.
