Assist in identifying opportunities to improve productivity and workflow efficiency Support the resolution of work-related issues and provide technical guidance to team members as required Use computer software and digital tools to assist with drawings, documentation, and work planning Prepare and maintain basic production, service, and work activity reports Support staffing activities, including onboarding and scheduling of workers, as required Coordinate daily work activities with project supervisors, managers, and other trades Ensure workplace health and safety policies and procedures are followed at all times Assist in establishing work plans and timelines to meet project schedules Request tools, materials, and supplies needed for assigned tasks Oversee assigned work areas and support team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently Train new employees or arrange on-the-job training under company guidelines Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location.
