Job Description: Position: Construction Labourer Location: Lower Mainland Job Type: Full time, Permanent Experience: 1 year (preferred) Language: English (required) Work Location: In person Work authorization: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada Start Date: As soon as possible Responsibilities: • Perform general labour tasks on excavation and civil sites, including but not limited to loading and unloading materials, cleaning work areas, and assisting with the setup of machinery. • Assist in site preparation, grading, and cleanup • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using rakes, shovels, and other equipment • Assist heavy equipment operators to secure special attachments to equipment, signal operators to guide them in moving equipment and provide assistance in other activities • Operate light equipment such as skid steer and mini-excavator under supervision. • Follow health and safety regulations and company policies Qualifications: • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour tasks, able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions. • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. • 1 year of general labour or construction experience preferred. • Valid driver’s license is an asset.
