Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in Kelowna as a Manager, supervising two to four cleaning supervisors that are responsible for overseeing a team of approximately 50 cleaners throughout the Kelowna region. The Manager works mainly in the office, but this position also requires regular travel by car to different clients. Company car is provided. Job Summary The Cleaning Services Manager oversees daily overall operation of the company, more specifically cleaning operations across multiple sites, health and safety compliance, and develops strong client relationships. This role includes supervising the cleaning supervisors, coordinating training, conducting inspections, and supporting overall operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Hire, train, support and supervise cleaning supervisors. • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of an establishment providing services for commercial and residential cleaning clients. • Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff • Plan and control budget and inventory • Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve high-level problems • Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies • Prepare reports for management regarding operations, staff performance, and site conditions. • Meet and report regularly with the owners to establish company strategies and present reports. Requirements • 7 months to a year of experience as a Cleaning Manager for residential or commercial services. • Previous supervisory or management experience required. • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to manage multiple locations and priorities. • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between sites.
