Wage: $16.00 hourly/32 to 40 hours per week Nature of employment: Term or contract, and full time (night, on call, day, weekend) Number of vacancy: 1 Start date: As soon as possible Work location: Suite 513, 55 Sage Creek Blvd, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3X 0N3 Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years On site: work must be completed at the physical location Job duties: • Co-ordinate special events • Determine the size of food portions and costs • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances • Inspect kitchens and food service areas • Order supplies and equipment • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment • Clean kitchen and work areas Required certificate: Food safety certificate Cuisine specialties: Cantonese cuisine and Szechuan Work conditions and physical capabilities • Fast-paced environment • Handling heavy loads • Physically demanding • Repetitive tasks Weight handling: Between 45 and 60kg (100-132 lbs) Personal suitability • Dependability • Excellent oral communication • Reliability • Team player How to apply: please send your resume to luckduckschiring@outlook.com.
