Job Position: Chef Number of Openings: 1 Language at Work: English Job Description: • Prepare and cook dishes from the menu • Develop and plan menus and daily specials • Manage food costs and inventory • Ensure high-quality food production and presentation • Manage food, kitchen labor, and other kitchen-related costs • Oversee inventory and ordering, meeting budget targets, and conducting a food cost analysis • Ensure food delivery to our guests meets timing standards • Manage and train kitchen employees • Make certain that proper food safety practices are followed Job Requirement: - Completion of secondary school required. - Min. 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience required.
