Job Duties: Recruit, supervise, and coordinate subcontractors and team members to maintain productivity and smooth workflow. Manage daily operations of AeroBarrier projects to ensure high-quality results and efficient execution. Inspect and evaluate material and equipment for compliance to standards. Act as the primary company representative in meetings with clients, builders, inspectors, and partner organizations. Oversee procurement, inventory management, and purchasing of sealing materials, equipment, and supplies. Develop, manage, and evaluate marketing strategies to support business growth. Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates and financial plans for upcoming projects. Job Requirements: Completion of Secondary School is required. 3 years to less than 5 years work experience in the related field is required.
