Nail Salon Manager Q Nails Westgate Location: Grande Prairie, AB T8V 3B1 Work location: On site Salary: 37.02 hourly / 30 to 44 hours per week Permanent employment Full time Early morning, Evening, Shift, Morning, Night, Day, Weekend Starts as soon as possible 1 vacancy Job Bank #3455481 Languages: English Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 1 to less than 7 months On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting: Beauty shop or aesthetic service Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000 Responsibilities: Direct and control daily operations Evaluate daily operations Plan and organize daily operations Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff Plan and control budget and inventory Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies Hire, train and supervise staff Address customers' complaints or concerns Supervision: 5-10 people Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail Combination of sitting, standing, walking Fast-paced environment Physically demanding Personal suitability Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Flexibility Judgement Organized Reliability Team player Please include Cover Letter with Application
