There is no option to work remotely. Responsibilities Tasks Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions Professionalism in customer service Load and unload goods Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials Oversee condition of vehicle and inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage and other equipment Perform emergency roadside repairs Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle Perform preventive maintenance Record cargo information, hours of service, distance travelled and fuel consumption Credentials Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses AZ class license Air Brakes Endorsement Driver's License (Class 1 or A) Experience and specialization Documentation knowledge Accident or incident reports Bill of lading Driver logbook Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip) Maintenance and repair reports Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities Handling heavy loads Large workload Physically demanding Repetitive tasks Sitting Personal suitability Excellent oral communication Judgement Reliability Team player Hardworking How to apply Direct Apply By Direct Apply By email kieratransportationltd@gmail.com
