Location = Vernon, BC, V1T 2B7 Job Location = On site Wage Rate = 27.00 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week Job Type = Permanent employment & Full time Job Schedule = Morning, On call, Day, Weekend Start Date = Starts as soon as possible Vacancy = 1 vacancy Overview Languages = English Education = No degree, certificate or diploma Experience = 1 year to less than 2 years On site = Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting = Café Responsibilities Tasks = Evaluate daily operations, Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget, Monitor revenues to determine labour cost, Monitor staff performance, Plan and organize daily operations Recruit staff, Set staff work schedules, Supervise staff, Train staff, Organize and maintain inventory, Ensure health and safety, regulations are followed, Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities, Participate in marketing plans and implementation Address customers' complaints or concerns, Provide customer service, Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations.
